Order Policies

Payment

We currently accept 100% advance payment via UPI.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings, and measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our garments.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As each COMFÍ piece is produced in limited quantities, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not available once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • Size changes are available before shipment, subject to stock availability.

  • Order cancellations are accepted before shipment only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are no longer possible.
