Payment 결제

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings, and measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our garments.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.

주문 상품은 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내 준비 및 발송됩니다.

모니터 및 기기 화면 설정에 따라 실제 상품의 색상이 다소 다르게 보일 수 있으며, 수작업으로 제작되는 제품 특성상 사이즈에 약간의 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.

이러한 자연스러운 차이는 제품 불량에 해당하지 않으며, 이를 사유로 한 반품,​ 교환 및 환불은 어렵습니다.

We currently accept 100% advance payment via UPI.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

현재 계좌이체를 통한 100% 선결제 방식으로만 주문을 받고 있습니다.
결제가 정상적으로 확인된 후 주문이 최종 확정됩니다.

Shipping 배송

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 환불 및 교환

As each COMFÍ piece is produced in limited quantities, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not available once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • Size changes are available before shipment, subject to stock availability.

  • Order cancellations are accepted before shipment only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are no longer possible.

COMFÍ의 모든 제품은 소량으로 한정 제작되므로, 주문 완료 후에는 원칙적으로 ​반품, 교환 및 환불이 어렵습니다.
구매 전 상품 정보와 주문 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인해 주세요.

  • 사이즈 변경은 상품 발송 전, 재고가 있는 ​한해 가능합니다.

  • 주문 취소는 상품 발송 전에만 가능합니다.

  • 상품이 발송된 이후에는 주문 취소, 교환 및 환불이 어렵습니다.
